The 30 day squat challenge!

So for quite a while now I've been feeling very run and find I get extremely bloated extremely fast, even when I eat remarkably little. After some close analysis and a bit of a chat with mummy bear, we discovered I may have a wheat intolerance just like she does, and I suppose the only way to tell is to cut it out all together and see if I actually feel any better.
And while on a 30 day wheat free diet, I thought it would be great to also have a little challenge, if for nothing else than to give me that bit more motivation to stick to no wheat. And so here it is...the 30 day squat challenge! Why not give it a go yourselves!
